Microwave Cooking Instructions
*Note: If frozen, microwave on defrost setting for 3–5 minutes or until fully thawed.
If additional heating is needed, microwave on high for 20–30 seconds before resting.
Remove all outer packaging.
Place bao on a microwave-safe plate.
Cover with a damp paper towel.
Cover loosely to retain moisture (optional).
Microwave on high for 60–80 seconds.
(Heat until internal temperature reaches
165°F (74°C) or above.
Heating times may vary).
Let stand for 30–60 seconds.
Steaming Cooking Instructions
*Note! Defrosting is recommended for the best texture.
Bring water to a boil (100°C / 212°F).
Place bao in steamer and steam 8–9 mins.
If steaming from frozen,
increase steaming time as needed.
Let stand for 60 seconds.
Heat until internal temperature reaches
165°F (74°C) or above.
